Hello!

 

I’m a certified coach, facilitator, trainer, and program designer focused on helping people succeed.  I come to this work with over 20 years of experience facilitating everything from 500-person conferences to small groups of youth working to transform their lives. 

 

I design, create and facilitate a variety of workshops and retreats impacting different audiences that include young people, Executive Directors and staff, and organizations/ companies interested in sustainable change.  I consult with organizations to help them connect, envision a desired future-state, and a plan to get there.

 

I’ve been trained in many group facilitation methodologies including Open Space Technology, Quantum Learning, and Essential Facilitation from Interaction Associates.
