About Be A Star Forum

Be A Star Forum is a youth development initiative committed to empowering young people ages 13 to 24 through leadership training, emotional wellness, and community engagement. Originally founded as Bea Sweet Consulting in 2012 with a focus on youth leadership development, the program evolved and was rebranded as Be A Star Forum in 2024 to reflect its expanded mission and impact.

 

OUR WHY...?

Our Mission is to connect with young people ages 13-24, fostering a deep understanding of one’s emotions and how to create a positive mindset, self-awareness, empathy, healthy resilience, and leadership.

Our Vision is to cultivate a generation of empowered youth who harness the transformative power of Emotional and Positive Intelligence to equip our youth with the skills, knowledge, and mindfulness to become effective leaders.
